                               RESOLUTION NO. 18696
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION GRANTING TO ECKERD DRUG STORE A
                   SPECIAL PERMIT FOR SIGNS AND OTHER DEVICES
                   FOR A SPECIAL EVENT NOT TO EXCEED THIRTY
                   (30) DAYS AT 3969-A NORCROSS ROAD.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, in its capacity as the Board of Sign
       Appeals, that there be and is hereby granted to the Eckerd Drug
       Store a special permit pursuant to Section 3-102(c) of the City
       Code for signs and other devices for a special event not to 
exceed
       thirty (30) days beginning June 20, 1990, at 3969-A Norcross 
Road;
       the signs and other devices erected pursuant to said special
       permit and shall be subject to removal or alteration at the order 

       of the City Traffic Engineer and/or City Sign Inspector in the
       interest of traffic safety considerations.
